The personal level touch from the restaurant manager was well appreciated. The view from the restaurant was fine, offering a great backdrop to our meals.
The reception area was a disappointment. The sitting arrangement was not comfortable and the air conditioning system was inadequate compared to other hotels in the area.

I was kinda surprised by the excellent location of the hotel, just a short walk away from popular attractions. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views and was always clean and sanitized. The staff, especially the administrator and porter, were always polite and helpful. Despite the small size of the room, the price I paid corresponded well to the quality of accommodation.
Although the room was small, I found it manageable for a single traveler.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with all the main sights within walking distance in the Sultanamet central tourist area. I particularly enjoyed being close to the Blue Mosque and other mosques in the area. Transportation was convenient, with buses for tours and a tram station nearby. The staff was very polite and helpful, with the front desk manager even arranging a dinner cruise for us. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a Turkish spa at the lower ground.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Sofia and Blue Mosque. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay a great experience. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the view from the sixth floor was amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from all the tourist attractions and the tram. It offers easy access to the main sites in the area, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and modern, with some nice interiors. The breakfast is satisfactory and the rooftop restaurant offers a great view.
Some of the restaurant staff was not very polite, which could affect the overall dining experience.
